The shell is only half the story. Internal foam structure, divider geometry and connector clearance are what keep LED modules alive across repeated tours, warehouse turnover and venue load-in / load-out cycles.

Catalog reference: large case interior dimensioned for 5× 1000×500 panels or 10× 500×500 panels stacked vertically, locked between blue EVA end-blocks.
EVA DETAIL — CLOSE-UP
Stacked EVA layers create a sized channel for the panel edge — anti-vibration, anti-rotation, repeatable across cycles.

Blue EVA end-block bracing
Catalog-standard EVA blocks at both inner case ends compress against the panel stack, eliminating side-to-side shift on truck and ramp.

Vertical panel stacking
Panels stand on edge inside the cavity — load distributed through frame edges, not across the LED face. Faster to load and unload at venues.

Full-PE inner shell
Full-virgin PE walls absorb impact and resist moisture. Recessed top features lock the next case above for stable in-truck stacking.

Sized inner cavity
Large case: 1050×520×520mm — fits 5× 1000×500 panels or 10× 500×500 panels. Small case: 820×520×520mm — fits 8× 500×500 panels.

Twin twist-latch closure
Two heavy twist latches per side hold the lid under repeated stack pressure. Crew handles each end for predictable two-person lifts.
